Nursery Ministry
FBCA’s Nursery Ministry is a well-established, safe and stable environment where parents and children will feel warmly received and loved by our very experienced, caring teachers and leaders. We believe children are never too young to learn that God loves them and is always with them. We offer a playful, interactive atmosphere with teaching that can speak to babies and toddlers alike.

Preschool Ministry
Our Preschool Ministry provides sound Bible teaching during Sunday School and the Worship Service. Children enjoy learning wonderful Bible Stories, making crafts, and singing all of the great old Children’s Bible tunes, as well as, the most recent ones of today. Participation in the Bible Story and activities is a big part of helping “make it stick” with these young, impressionable ones!

But when Jesus saw it, he was much displeased, and said unto them, Suffer the little children to come unto me, and forbid them not: for of such is the kingdom of God.

Elementary Ministry
School-age children are involved in digging in God’s Word and how it applies to them today. Sunday mornings include awesome teaching in Sunday School for 1st - 5th Grade. Children’s Church is an exciting adventure with "Clubhouse Theatre" for Kindergarten through 2nd grade!

AWANA
Our Preschoolers enjoy AWANA Cubbies from 6:00 – 7:30 where they memorize Bible verses, earn awards, sing, learn about Missions, and are taught wonderful Bible Stories and their applications through puppets, activities, drama, and a variety of other engaging methods. Fun and meaningful games and snacks are all a part of Awana Cubbies.

Our Elementary children Kindergarten – 2nd Grade are involved in Awana Sparks, and 3rd – 5th grade participate in Awana Truth and Training on Wednesday evenings. This awesome discipleship program includes four areas each week –
Council Time - a large group teaching and sharing of the Gospel and Missions

Game Time- High-energy, structured games with individual and team competition teaching self-control, discipline, and good sportsmanship.

Handbook Time – a small group time where kids work at their own pace in memorization and understanding of key Bible Verses and how God’s Word applies to them today.

Awards Time – The children are awarded jewels or seals for their uniforms as they complete the required sections in their handbooks. Points are awarded for different activities during the evening and the winning team receives a prize.
The Awana Store is enjoyed by Sparks and T & T every six weeks, where they can spend Awana bucks earned for their participation and preparedness.

The children can enjoy dinner with their families here from 5:00 – 5:50 and participate in Awana from 6:00 – 7:30, while adults are involved in a Pastor-led bible Series or Adult choir practice. For further information or to invite your friends please download our AWANA brochure.

Vacation Bible School, Summer Camp, Father & Daughter Banquet, Fall Festival, Preschool Teddy Bear Picnic, Drive-In Movie, Summer Musical, Camp outs and other children and family events are offered throughout the year to reach the community and excite children to grow to love the Lord with all their hearts.
